Sony have today announced that version 2.20 of the Playstation 3 firmware will be released towards the end of March. The update will see the PS3 being upgraded to Blu-ray Disc Profile 2 as well as a number of new features and enhancements such as:

Sony had a small area dedicated to showing of the Blue Ray format. Wonder if HD-DVD was originally booked to attend also? The movies looked pretty special on the 1080p screens. Anyway… heres the blue ray booth.
