MCV reports that ChartTrack have announced GTA IV has smashed UK sales records selling 926,000 copies in its opening week on sale, raking in a cool £40 million. 631,000 copies were sold in the first 24 hours. Sony America have announced that the Dual Shock 3 controller for the PlayStation 3 will be available to buy from next week onwards. Sadly there is no news on a date for a European release.
