Where are the ticket’s? Don’t panic! Play’s website has been updated to say “If you have not received your ticket prior to the event please bring a print out of your order confirmation to the Play.com Live information desk at the show for entry. For lost tickets please call Customer Support at 0845 270 1669.” No need to worry therefore or keep calling them asking the same question. Hopefully all the tickets will be sent out this week in time for Saturday but if not then you simply need to take your order confirmation with you on the day to obtain entry for the designated time slot you purchased.
A surprise email came in today from Play’s press office saying they look forward to seeing the ButtonBandits.com corporate polo shirts as well as to discuss our planned coverage of the event! So things are hopefully looking up on the “not being told to clear off while doing our reporting” front. In other news SanDisk have announced they too now have a stall at the show featuring their products. The main reason to visit them though will be that they have the chance to win a ‘Ducati Monster 696′ motorcycle, not on the market until June 2008 as well as Ducati branded merchandise, mobile phones and memory cards.

Not to be funny but would it not have been more sensible to mail out the tickets earlier than one week before the event? Just seems a bit odd to me.
